Survey, feasibility, preliminary design and detailed design of 405.08 km double track mix use conventional railway between Erzincan – Diyarbakir – Mardin provinces. The project includes 166.62 km tunnel (144.1 km NATM Tunnels), 26,298 m bridges/viaducts, 5 stations and 5 siding stations, 3,047.09 m boring, 810 km² topographical survey, engineering structures , such as culverts, underpasses, overpasses.
